Costs and scholarships
Generally all ordinary study programmes at Higher Education Institutions in Norway are tuition free for Norwegain as well as international students.
In the Quota Programme students from a restricted number of HUC partner institutions in Africa, Asia and former Eastern Europe might apply for admission to graduate programmes through a funding scheme offered by the Norwegian Government.
The Erasmus mobility programme is a good opportunity for EU citizens to attend international semester programmes at HUC.
Students from the Nordic and Baltic countries might apply to attend a Nordplus programme. Check with your home institution if there is an ongoing Nordplus networking programme with Hedmark University College. Nordplus scholarships offer students tuition free intensive courses and mobility grants.
NOMA is a programme for providing financial support to develop and run Master Degree Programmes in the South through collaboration between local and Norwegian Higher Education Institutions. Hedmark University College presently runs the NOMA programme "Literacy and Leraning" with the partner institutions University of Namibia and University of Zambia.

NUFU is the Norwegian Programme for Development, Research and Education. At presents Hedmark University College does not run any NUFU programme.
